Tbaazi Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

1 General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions govern all use of the tbaazi platform (https://tbaazi.click). By opening an account or using the platform, you automatically agree to these terms.

Tbaazi is an international online gaming platform operating under a valid license. We provide services specifically designed for users in Bangladesh.

These Terms & Conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall prevail.

2 Account Registration

To open an account on tbaazi, you must meet the following requirements:

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

As a safe and responsible platform, tbaazi follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Any member may be asked to submit the following documents at any time:

• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of payment method (screenshot of Mobile Pay or Nagad account).

Tbaazi reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until KYC verification is complete. Failure to submit the required documents may result in account closure.

4 Deposits & Payments

Tbaazi accepts deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Please keep the following in mind when making a deposit:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly.
• Payments to third parties are not permitted — deposits must always be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Confirm the official payment number before making a deposit.
• If a deposit does not reflect in your account for any reason, please notify support within 24 hours.

5 Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply when withdrawing funds from tbaazi:

• Withdrawals may only be processed through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: completed within 24 hours.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers on tbaazi come with specific terms. Please read the relevant conditions carefully before accepting any bonus.

• Each bonus has a specific wagering multiplier (typically 10x–30x).
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time limit after claiming a bonus.
• Having multiple bonuses active at the same time is generally not permitted.
• If suspicious betting patterns are detected — such as placing opposing bets to exploit bonuses — the bonus will be voided.
• Tbaazi reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus program at any time.

7 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on tbaazi:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a bet is left incomplete due to a technical issue, tbaazi reserves the right to make the final decision.
• Odds in live betting are subject to change — the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed are final.
• If a match is cancelled, the bet will be refunded (treated as a push).
• Tbaazi reserves the right to void bets placed due to incorrect odds or system errors.

Maximum Win Limit

A maximum win limit applies to each game and betting market. These limits vary by game category. VIP members are entitled to higher limits.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tbaazi and may result in permanent account closure:

• Managing multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using deliberate betting strategies to exploit the bonus system.
• Playing using automated bots or software.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Match fixing or betting using insider information.
• Harassing or defrauding other members.
• Attempting to attack tbaazi's systems or servers.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Tbaazi may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• If false information is found during KYC verification.
• Account inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• For legal reasons or at the direction of a regulatory authority.

If an account is closed, real-money balances (excluding bonuses) will be refunded. However, refunds may not apply if the account was closed due to a terms violation.

10 Responsible Gaming

Tbaazi is deeply committed to responsible gaming. We want every member to play for entertainment, not out of compulsion.
